Cherry Creek Vista Pool

 
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
  1. Contact Information - The 1st step is required for all resident and non-resident families and individuals who wish to swim at Cherry Creek Vista pool or particiate in pool activities during the 2006 swim season.


  2. Swimmer Information - You must indicate all swimmers who will swim during the season. Every member of your family age 11 and older must have a CCV ID card to gain admission to the pool as a member. Anyone entering the pool without an ID card pays the guest fee daily rate of $5 and all guests must be accompanied by a pool member with a pass. Anyone under the age of 11 must be supervised by a person 15 or older. You may get your ID made at pool registration or at the pool during slow times.


  3. Lessons (optional) - Group lessons lessons are optionally provided to all CCV pool members on scheduled dates and times. If you chose this option a screen will be provided which allows you to select dates and times for selected pool members.


  4. Swim Team (optional) - You must be a member of the Cherry Creek Vista pool to be a CCV Vikings swim team member. The swimmer's age on June 1, 2006 determines the age group in which the swimmer will compete for the entire season. Refunds for swimmers who withdraw will be available through May 31, 2006. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THAT DATE.

    1. Stroke Clinics (optional) - The coaches will conduct optional one hour pre-season stroke clinics. When electing to join the Swim Team, a screen will be provided for selecting date/time and stroke options.


    2. Equipment - We will be using the same Speedo Prism suit we used last year. If you are new to the team or need a new suit this season they can be ordered online from Out of Breath Sports. CCV T-shirts and caps can be purchased during the registration process.


    3. Volunteer Shifts - Each family must sign up for four regular shifts this year. Your swimmer will not be added to the roster and you can not complete the registration process until you have signed up for your volunteer shifts.


  5. Payment - A summary sheet will be provided indicating your family CCV pool registration choices. Fees are calculated and and summarized with specific payment instructions. No Cherry Creek Vista pool registration and optional activities are valid until all fees have been paid.
